Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• The rider must be 18 years or older.
• A valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory and must be produced before rental.
• Original ID proof (Aadhaar / Passport / Voter ID) may be required for verification.

2. Vehicle Usage

• The vehicle must be used only within legal limits and for personal use.
• Subleasing, racing, stunt riding, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
• The rider must follow all traffic rules and wear a helmet at all times.

3. Rental Duration

• Rental period starts and ends as per the agreed booking time.
• Late returns may attract additional charges.
• No refunds for early returns.

4. Fuel Policy

• The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of delivery.
• Fuel shortage will be charged accordingly.

5. Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit may be collected before vehicle handover.
• Any damage, fines, or losses will be adjusted from the deposit.

6. Damage & Liability

• The customer is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period.
• In case of an accident, the renter must immediately inform Western Bike Rentals.
• Repair costs or insurance excess (if applicable) will be borne by the renter.

7. Traffic Violations & Fines

• All traffic fines, challans, or legal penalties during the rental period are the customer's responsibility.
• Any fines received later will be recovered from the customer.

8. Breakdown & Support

• Basic mechanical support may be provided where possible.
• Damage caused due to rash driving, negligence, or misuse will not be covered.

9. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be informed in advance.
• Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and company discretion.

10. Company Rights

Western Bike Rentals reserves the right to:

• Refuse rental without explanation.
• Terminate rental if terms are violated.
• Modify terms without prior notice.

11. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Vasai / Maharashtra jurisdiction only.
